The Team

Kitchen Corner was founded in 1992 by husband and wife team James and Jennifer Thoms. With their wealth of experience in kitchen and cookware they have selected the best quality products that also offer value for money.

With a background in interior design Jennifer has a flair for predicting the forthcoming seasonal trends and can help customers to choose products that offer fantastic quality but that are going to look good in your kitchen as well!

This family business has gone from strength to strength. It now has 8 specialist staff in its Lancaster shop who can all advice customers on their purchases and provide that personal service that you don?t get in the large department stores.

Products & Services

Kitchen Corner caters for the beginner to the most experienced chef and now has over 8000 different product lines in store from the well known brands to funky or unusual items.  The website product range is expanding and changing all the time but if you cannot find something you are looking for then please let us know and we will do our best to get it for you.

In store, Kitchen Corner offer a knife sharpening facility, gift wrapping and cake tin hire. There is also a bespoke Wedding Service so that newly married couples can start their life together with some fabulous cookware to last them a lifetime!

Currently underway is a new service, Kitchen ware Consultancy. Our consultant can pay a visit to your home and advise on everything you would need to kit out your kitchen to the highest standard. There are varying ranges and packages to choose from covering different price brackets. This is proving a successful service for people with busy lives!
