Prices
We make every effort to ensure that all our prices are correctly published, however should any price prove to be wrong, any offer to purchase our products at the misquoted price will be rejected by us. If we discover that a price is wrongly published then we will make all reasonable effort to rectify this in as short a time as possible. In the event that an order is placed for a misquoted price, we will immediately refund the amount you have paid for that item and advise you accordingly.

Delivery Time
We aim to dispatch orders within 48 days but may take longer due to the specialised nature of some of our products and unpredictable demand. In this event, we will contact you and advise you of the situation and receive your instruction.

If you are not happy with your purchase, simply return it to us unused with original packaging within 21 days of delivery along with purchase invoice and we will recredit your credit card. Under Distance Selling Regulations, you are required to inform us, by mail, email or fax, of your intention to cancel your order. Proof of purchase must be given, this does not affect your statutory rights.

We can not cancel your purchase when; you return your product to the store without proof of purchase, the seal has been broken or the goods were a special order to your specification. Items which are not faulty but you decide to return - postage costs can not be refunded.

The rest of the world
When you place your order you will need to make two separate payments: Purchase your order now including the normal UK delivery charge of £4.50. Following the receipt of this order and payment, we will email you the balance of the delivery charge required for your destination. Upon receipt of your agreement, we will arrange for the balance of the delivery charge to be debited to your card through the online secure payment system. NB Should you decide the delivery cost is unacceptable or for any other reason wish to cancel the order prior to dispatch of goods, we will immediately refund the full value of any payments that you have made. Please note that items returned from outside the UK - no refund can be given on the postage costs.

Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed, using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. Your credit card details are not held in clear text on any website. As of 31st October 2000, under new distance selling rules, you are entitled to a refund by your card issuer if your card is used fraudulantly on our website.

Privacy
We regard our relationship with our customers as of the greatest importance and will respect your privacy. In all matters concerning your personal details, we abide by the UK Data Protection Act.

General
These terms and conditions and all transactions relating to this website are governed by English Law and are subject to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We do not accept amendments to these terms and conditions.

Please note that UK Law prohibits the sale of knives to people under the age of 16.
